OUR COFFEE

We use one of Australia's Highest Awarded Roasters, Brisbane based Bellissimo Coffee. 

 

The Ultimo Blend is a medium to dark roasted blend with its origins from El Salvador, Brazil and Guatemala. This blend delivers intense, strong character with notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and toasted almond. Its flavour profile features enhanced richness and depth.

Our Decaf coffee uses Swiss water method in order to decaffeinate it. Thus, it eliminates caffeine by using water rather than mixed chemicals. Decaf Organic Swiss Water Peru comes free of pesticides, herbicides and other manufactured chemicals. Known to be an untainted arabica bean coffee. It is a dark roast level, with notes of cinnamon, cocoa and honey
